1. About us
This website is operated by Deadeye Customs. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating as Deadeye Customs.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products. Your purchase contract is with us, not Shopify.
2. These terms
These terms apply to consumer purchases through our website.
Please read them alongside our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Relevant product descriptions and information provided before you order also form part of your purchase agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
You may save or print a copy of these terms for your records. Orders and customer communications are handled in English.
3. Our products
We sell darts accessories, including 3D-printed stands, holders, display items and personalised or engraved products.
Please check each product description for its dimensions, materials, colour options, compatibility, included components and any personalisation requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, darts, dartboards, fixings and other accessories shown for demonstration are not included.
We aim to show products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. Some 3D-printed products may have visible layer lines or small surface variations associated with the manufacturing process.
These characteristics do not excuse faults, significant differences from the description or goods that are not of satisfactory quality or fit for their stated purpose.
4. Placing an order
Before placing an order, please check:
- The products and quantities selected.
- Colour, size and other options.
- Personalisation text and any supplied artwork.
- Your delivery address and contact details.
- The total price and delivery option.
You can review and correct your order before completing checkout. Placing an order commits you to pay the total shown, subject to your cancellation rights.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has taken place. This does not affect any statutory cancellation right.
5. Order acknowledgement and acceptance
After you order, we will normally send an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not, by itself, mean we have accepted your order.
We accept your order when we send an email expressly confirming acceptance or dispatch your goods, whichever happens first. A contract is formed at that point.
If we cannot accept your order—for example, because an item or necessary material is unavailable, payment cannot be processed or a genuine listing error needs resolving—we will contact you. If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, we will refund it promptly.
Once an order has been accepted, we will not change the agreed price or materially change the product without your agreement.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless the checkout expressly shows another currency.
The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is displayed before you complete your purchase. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Unless we agree otherwise, payment is required when you place your order.
If we discover a pricing error before accepting an order, we will explain it and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a refund. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.
Discounts and promotions are subject to any conditions clearly stated when they are offered.
7. Made-to-order production
Our products are made to order. Unless a different timescale is stated on the product page or agreed before purchase, please allow up to one week for production before dispatch.
Postal delivery time is additional to this production period.
Selecting a faster postal service does not shorten production time unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you. Describing a product as made to order does not automatically remove your cancellation rights.
8. Personalised products and customer-supplied content
Please check the spelling, dates, wording and other details you submit for personalisation.
We will produce personalised goods in accordance with the agreed order details. If we make an error or the goods do not match what was agreed, your statutory rights apply.
If you supply artwork, logos, photographs or other material, you must have the necessary permission to use it and allow us to reproduce it for your order.
You give us permission to use that material only as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce and fulfil your order. This does not transfer ownership of your material to us.
We may decline a request involving unlawful content or material that we reasonably believe infringes another person’s rights. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain the position and refund payments due for goods we will not supply.
9. Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimates are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and shown at checkout.
Unless a guaranteed service or delivery date is expressly agreed, postal delivery times are estimates. This does not remove your legal rights concerning late delivery.
If no different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within the period required by law.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are physically received by you or a person you nominate, subject to any applicable legal exception where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.
If an order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy. You do not have to resolve the issue with the postal provider yourself.
10. International orders
Available international destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Import taxes, customs duties and handling charges may apply in the destination country. Unless expressly included or collected at checkout, these may be payable by the recipient.
International delivery may take longer because of customs processing and local postal services.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
11. Cancellations and change-of-mind returns
For eligible standard, non-personalised goods purchased online, you normally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
Where we informed you before purchase, you are responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return.
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised where the legal exemption applies.
An item is not automatically exempt merely because it is made after ordering or selected from standard colour or design options.
We do not offer additional goodwill returns or exchanges outside your statutory rights.
Please see our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy for full details, including refund timing, delivery-charge refunds and the optional cancellation form.
12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If something is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact us at deadeyecustoms1@gmail.com.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under consumer law.
Your rights concerning faulty goods apply to personalised goods as well as standard goods and are not limited to the change-of-mind cancellation period.
Our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy explains how to report a problem and arrange any necessary return.
13. Product use and care
Please follow any product-specific instructions, care guidance and warnings supplied with your purchase or shown on the product page.
Use products only for their intended purpose. Where an item requires mounting, use fixings appropriate for the mounting surface and intended load.
Incorrect use or accidental damage after delivery does not automatically establish a product fault. However, this does not limit our responsibility for inadequate instructions, defective products or other matters for which we are legally responsible.
14. Website content and intellectual property
Website content created by or licensed to Deadeye Customs—including our original text, photographs and designs—may be protected by intellectual property rights.
You may browse the website and save or print information for personal use and for your purchase records. You must not commercially reproduce our protected content without permission, except where the law permits it.
Third-party names, trademarks and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not, by itself, establish an endorsement or official partnership.
15. Fair use of the website
You must not use our website to commit fraud, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the website and customers against unlawful or harmful activity. This does not remove obligations we already owe under an accepted order.
16. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of your statutory rights concerning goods.
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms requires you to give up a statutory remedy.
17. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and protected when you visit the website, contact us or place an order.
18. Complaints
If you are unhappy with a product or service, please email deadeyecustoms1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will consider your complaint fairly and aim to resolve it promptly. Please retain relevant order information and correspondence.
This complaints process does not prevent you from seeking independent advice or exercising your legal rights.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders.
The version provided or made available when your order was placed applies to that order, unless we agree a change with you or a change is required by law.
An update will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence or any right you have to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
